We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market and be able to provide advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of buying, selling, and leasing property. The successful candidate will be able to develop relationships with potential buyers and sellers, negotiate deals, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
• Determine clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value.
• Display and market real property to possible buyers.
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc).
• Manage property auctions or exchanges.
• Maintain and update listings of available properties.
• Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $65,271.00 - $70,249.00 per year
